What do you wear to the top of Machu Picchu? Krimson Klover, of course! A recent trip brought me to Peru, a place where all my Colorado hiking gear came in handy. The elevation is similar to Vail, CO, but a bit warmer since it’s closer to the equator. Krimson Klover’s sleeveless Cora Graphic Tank Top was perfect for Machu Picchu’s elevation (just under 8,000 feet). What makes this top is the cute “Wander Women” design. Boulder’s own Colleen Cannon, owner of Women’s Quest, led our group of six women on a trek where we wandered where the Incas once roamed.

My Faye Sweater by Krimson Klover has logged more miles this spring than most of my clothing. The lightweight, cotton/cashmere blend has been to Peru, Florida, Georgia, Texas, Arizona and Colorado and has rolled with the temperature fluctuations of all those climates. It’s a wonderful travel companion for the often-cold airplane rides, and I always get compliments at the airport bars and lounges. Maybe it’s the cut, maybe it’s the color—I love the Coral colorway! The reason the Aila Short Sleeve Top is my favorite top of all time is because it’s so versatile! I’m an elementary PE teacher and I wear this all the time for school. My husband and I are both teachers, so we are fortunate to have the summer to travel together. Our go-to road trip when on a time crunch is Colorado, because it's so close to home. Last summer we car camped in our minivan on the west coast, visiting several national parks along the way. It was absolutely amazing! This summer we'll be backpacking through seven European countries. We are most excited for the time we’ll be spending in the Swiss Alps! Traveling is good for the soul, and I am grateful that Krimson Klover creates clothing that makes these adventures even more memorable.
