Krimson Klover is hiring a Sales Coordinator to join our passionate and entrepreneurial team.
This position will assist with wholesale and direct sales.This role requires exceptional communication skills, strong multi-tasking abilities and organizational skills. A love of apparel, the fashion, ski & outdoor industry a must. Ability to provide excellent customer service to online customers and retail partners. Ability to execute strategies to elevate the brand and support goals across channels – including wholesale and ecommerce.
A reliable, performance driven brand ambassador embodying the culture of Krimson Klover.
Direct Sales Responsibilities
- Provide an excellent customer experience for online customers.
- Manage customer questions and support via phone and email.
- Facilitate product returns and exchanges
- Work with QuickBooks, NuOrder, Shopify and Excel
- Analyze and prepare summary reports for all online customer support communications
Wholesale / Sales Responsibilities
- Assist Director of Sales in coordinating & attending tradeshows, sales meetings, warehouse sales, marketing & pop-up events
- Assist in wholesale order processing and returns
- Coordinate with Customer Service Manager to prioritize shipments and update status of inventory/orders available to ship throughout season
- Report inventory levels weekly – send weekly ATS to all reps
- Coordinate with Customer Service Manager to prioritize shipments and update status of inventory/orders available to ship throughout season
- Support in communication with retail partners and sales representatives
- Occasional travel required for trade shows, dealer clinics and special events.
- Management of Seasonal Salesman Samples (SMS)
- Tracking Receiving, Documenting all variances of SMS
- Shipping of SMS to sales reps
- Creating invoices for sales reps in QuickBooks with accurate costs / terms.
- Maintain accurate sample inventory with visibility
- Develop check out / check in procedure for in-house samples
- Adjust and close purchase orders for all completed shipments – PD, Marketing invoices.
- Tracking Receiving, Documenting all variances of SMS
- Organize and manage seasonal sample sales
- Manage and maintain promo and swag
Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- Excellent communication and time management skills
- Well-organized with an aptitude in problem solving
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Familiarity with QuickBooks Enterprise a plus
- Logistic experience a plus

This role is a full-time position based in Boulder, Colorado in Krimson Klover offices. (this role is not remote). Relocation is not provided.
Salary range $50-55K annually based on experience.

Fit Model
Krimson Klover is looking for a fit model with the below women’s size “Small” / Size 6 measurements. Apply if you have the correct measurements and have a flexible schedule. Fit models are used to check the fit, features, and visual appearance of Krimson Klover’s garments.
Women’s Measurements: Size Small / Size 6
Bust 34.5”- 35.5”
Waist 27”- 28”
Low Hip 37”- 38”
- Bust: The horizontal circumference around the torso, taken under the arms and across the fullest part of the chest/bust apex including the lower portion of the shoulder blades (with bra)
- Waist: The horizontal circumference around the torso taken at the waist
- Low Hip: The maximum horizontal circumference around the torso taken at the greatest protrusion of the buttocks as seen from the side
Fit model experience is beneficial, but not required. 1-2 hours commitment per week. $75/hr compensation.
