Refund policy

Krimson Klover gladly accepts returns of unworn, unwashed, undamaged or defective merchandise purchased from our website. All returns must be made within 14 days of purchase. Exchanges for Krimson Klover store credit must be handled within 14 days of purchase.

All hangtags must be attached to the garment and proof of payment must accompany the garment(s) at time of return. All garments are subject to inspection.

To return or exchange your items, please use your order number starting with and including "SH" to start the process on our Returns Portal.

For returns, your refund will be credited back to the original form of payment. Please note that shipping costs are deducted from your return. Full return policy information can be found at krimsonklover.com

When will my credit card be refunded?

Once your package has been received, your refund or exchange will be processed within 7 business days. If there is a refund due, a credit will be issued in the original form of payment, unless the product is returned after 14 days of your receiving your order, store credit will be issued in the form of an e-gift card.

The credit may not show up until your credit card’s next monthly cycle. You will be notified via email when this transaction has taken place. Please note that your banking institution may require additional days to process and post this transaction to your account once they have received the information from us.
