Online Return Policy

Krimson Klover gladly accepts the return of unworn, unwashed, undamaged or defective merchandise purchased from within 20 days of purchase. All hangtags must be attached to the garment, and each garment is subject to inspection. Swimwear can only be returned unworn with original tags intact and hygienic liner in place. The refund will be issued to the original form of payment minus a flat fee of $10. The original shipping charges for any orders are not refundable. Anything marked as Final Sale in the product description at the time of purchase can not be returned or exchanged for any reason including fit. 

We do not accept returns of products purchased at other retail locations. Items must be returned to where the product was originally purchased.

  • Please click here for the Return Center and enter the purchase order number that looks like SH18001 (beginning letters SH must be included for our system to identify your order) and the zip code associated with your order’s shipping address.
  • Sale items at 75% off are considered Final Sale and cannot be returned or exchanged for any reason.
  • You can ship your item(s) back with the provided return label. Include either the original packing slip or print the return packing slip in your package so that we can process your return upon receipt of the shipment.
  • The original shipping charges for any orders are not refundable.
  • A $10 return fee will be deducted from your refund once it has been received and processed.
  • If trying to return multiple orders, you will need to process separately. Do not package multiple returns together as they will not be refunded properly.
  • Please allow up to 14 days for your return and refund to be processed after receipt of your return.  
  • Gift cards cannot be refunded.


  • Items purchased online can be exchanged within 30 days of the purchase date. Items marked "FINAL SALE" or 75% off at the time of purchase are not eligible for exchange or return for any reason.
  • You can exchange an item that is the same style but for a different size or color in our Return Center
  • Choose the updated size or color and follow the prompt to receive your return label to return the item that did not work for you.
  • Please note, your new order will ship once your original items have been returned. A $7 flat shipping fee will be charged for the provided return label.
  • Once we receive your returned item(s), we will send out your exchange order at no cost. You will receive the tracking details once that new exchange order has shipped from our warehouse.
  • In the event that your requested exchange item becomes unavailable, you will be refunded for the item that was returned.

  • Enter the original order number and shipping zip code. If you do not have this information, select "Don't have your order information?" and fill out as many details as possible so that we can find the order information for you. We will send you the information you need to start a gift return or exchange.
  • Click the Start a gift return button.
  • Fill out the required information.
  • Complete the return in the portal by selecting the item(s) you want to return.
  • Choose to receive either store credit or exchange for another size or color.
  • Submit the return when complete to receive a return label. Flat fees as outlined above apply to gift returns and exchanges.


We are unable to provide return labels for Canadian orders at this time. Please ship your return back to the below address using your preferred shipping method. We do not accept exchanges for international orders at this time.
