I wanted to love this dress! The material is great, overall the fit/length/cut is lovely, but the chest department just has too much weirdness going on. An elastic band going under only the bust is not a bra - in order to be functional, a bra would need to go around the back, otherwise there's nothing to hold it up and it just sags. Either the elastic band goes under your bust and you reveal a more-than-tasteful amount of side boob, or you tug it up to hide the side boob and it sits on top of the gals and squishes them. Can't win either way :(

I got the Piper dress just before I went to a wedding in Turks and Caicos and it was great for travel, didn't wrinkle and was ready for anything that was on the agenda. You can dress it down with white flip flops or dress it up with some wedge heels and jewelry. I live in Vail and it's the perfect dress for some of our hottest July days because the fabric dries so quickly. I love the little zip pocket at the bottom for a hotel key, or credit card and the built in bra and racer-back style are figure flattering. I got it in orange and recive so many compliments on the color.
