Marketing Manager

Krimson Klover is looking for a Marketing Manager to lead its marketing team. The Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to elevate brand and support revenue growth across all channels - including wholesale, International, and e-commerce, with a heavy focus on direct-to-consumer and digital marketing to drive overall brand awareness. 

The ideal candidate is tech-savvy and a proven leader with the ability to develop strategies, manage projects, create processes, execute campaigns, and analyze and report results. The Marketing Manager will be accountable for the success of Krimson Klover’s digital channels and marketing roadmap. The Marketing Manager will report to the CEO and frequently collaborate with the Director of Sales. 

An integral part of our passionate and entrepreneurial team, the Marketing Manager will work side-by-side with key stakeholders to move the business forward. The ability to effectively communicate, continually collaborate, and remain flexible are the keys to success in this role. Demonstrated experience and results in direct-to-consumer e-commerce is required, experience within the specialty ski and outdoor industry and/or women’s apparel is a plus. 

Responsibilities

  • Develop and manage brand marketing strategy and budget that balances multiple channels, including wholesale, International, and D2C e-commerce
  • Ongoing analysis and evaluation of the effectiveness of digital advertising, social media, website sales, customer engagement methods, channel costs, and financial results
  • Provide high-level project management for company-wide brand projects, communicating timelines and progress to leadership and ensuring team members are working at a sustainable capacity/workload
  • Manage Freelancers/Contractors and Vendors for services including photography, web development, print collateral and fixture production, digital marketing, and other needs as required
  • Project management of seasonal and campaign photoshoots for product, studio, and lifestyle photography needs 
  • Cultivate effective and transparent working relationships across the organization, ensuring open communication about project timelines, measurement of marketing performance, and financial investments
  • Interpersonal management and coaching to direct report team, working to provide opportunities for growth and ensure the team is working efficiently and collaboratively

Skills and Qualifications

  • Minimum 5+ years of successful leadership experience building a multi-channel brand – experience with apparel a strong plus
  • Proven track record of brand development including an emphasis on D2C e-commerce digital strategy experience 
  • Demonstrated project management experience, building marketing processes, and managing as well as executing campaigns
  • Experience in recruiting and managing brand ambassadors, team athletes, and social media content contributors
  • Tech-savvy with experience in: Shopify, Google Analytics, Sprout Social, Amazon Seller Central, DropBox, Microsoft Office, and marketing platforms including Klaviyo, Loop, and others 

This role is a full-time position based in Boulder, Colorado with hybrid work hours in Krimson Klover offices (this role is not remote). Relocation is not provided.

Salary range $85-95,000 annually based on experience.

Apparel Technician, Contract

Krimson Klover is a fast-growing women-powered apparel brand based in Boulder, CO and we are looking for an experienced Apparel Technician for apparel to join our product team on a contract basis.

As Apparel Technician, you will be instrumental in helping turn ideas into compelling product. You will be responsible for engineering, fit execution, and specifications for your assigned products.

How You Will Make a Difference

  • Manages moderate to high-level technical development of assigned styles from design concept through to production-ready hand-off, ensuring both fit and technical engineering meet or exceed expectations.
  • Partners with Designers to understand fit intent and aesthetic ensuring translation into proto samples.
  • Ensures execution of fit intent and fit consistency through clear analysis, documentation, communication, and adherence to fit standards and use (or development) of block patterns.
  • Develops products, recommends materials, and construction techniques that meet Design expectations, and engineers the product to pre-determined gross margin targets. Collaborate on cost engineering solutions as needed.
  • Available in the office for all fit sessions involving styles you are responsible for
  • Creates the specifications for the products, and maintains records, style files, Bill of Materials, and samples associated with the product and related programs.
  • Ensures both the technical superiority and the product quality/integrity of all assigned products. 
  • Be driven by innovation. Be creative. Be a person that can learn from both success and failure.
  • Be informed of customer reviews to help improve the product.
  • Manage on-time deliverables through effective organization.
  • Ability to work on multiple products, for multiple seasons at once.

Skills for Success 

  • 5+ years’ experience in Technical Design/Product Development in a medium or large size company 
  • Degree / Certification in Apparel Design, construction, and/or pattern making or equivalent combination of education and experience. 
  • Lead a fitting or meeting with optional supervision.
  • Independently manage products of moderate to high complexity, troubleshoot, and solve moderately complex problems.
  • Proficient in fit, pattern making, and construction expertise, cost engineering, and knowledge of manufacturing processes – previous travel to manufacturers a plus.
  • Good knowledge of product category, materials, and development lifecycle. Outerwear experience is a plus.
  • Good interpersonal skills, including the ability to create trust with cross-functional teams.
  • Clear and accurate verbal and written communication. 
  • Strong organizational skills.
  • Proficient computer skills in MS Office (Excel, PPT), Adobe Illustrator, and Google Docs.

Salary Range: $45-60.00/hr. dependent on experience.

Krimson Klover is looking for a fit model with the below women’s size “Small” measurements. Apply if you have the correct measurements and have a flexible schedule. Fit models are used to check the fit, features, and visual appearance of Krimson Klover’s garments.

Women’s Measurements: Size Small 
Bust              34.5”- 35.5”
Waist             27”- 28”
Low Hip        37”- 38”

  • Bust: The horizontal circumference around the torso, taken under the arms and across the fullest part of the chest/bust apex including the lower portion of the shoulder blades (with bra) 
  • Waist: The horizontal circumference around the torso taken at the waist
  • Low Hip: The maximum horizontal circumference around the torso taken at the greatest protrusion of the buttocks as seen from the side 
  • Fit model experience is beneficial, but not required. 1-2 hours commitment per week.
