Sale Items

Some discounted items are Final Sale, meaning the product is not eligible for exchange or refund. The product's description will state Final Sale. If it does not list Final Sale in the product description, it is still eligible for exchange or return. Sale prices cannot be applied to past purchases bought at a greater value. 

Coupons

Coupons may not be combined. Limit one coupon code per transaction. 

Domestic Shipping

Domestic shipping is shipping to any address within the United States. We offer free domestic shipping to orders that are $99 and above.

International Orders

We ship to Canada with a flat rate of $35 US$. Shipping times may vary and range 7-10 days.  This rate covers shipping, duties, and taxes that apply when shipping from Denver, CO to any Canadian address.

Exchanges/Returns

Krimson Klover gladly accepts returns of unworn, unwashed, undamaged or defective merchandise purchased from our website. All returns must be postmarked within 14 days of receiving the product for full credit (excluding shipping). Any returns postmarked after 14 days will receive Krimson Klover store credit via an emailed gift card.

All hangtags must be attached to the garment and proof of payment or original packing slip must accompany the garment(s) at time of return. All garments are subject to inspection.

For returns, your refund will be credited back to the original form of payment. Please note that shipping costs are not refunded.

To exchange an item, please return it to our address listed below within 30 days of purchase with the original receipt and an indication of the new style you would like. Be sure to include Product Name, Color and Size. In the event that the requested item is unavailable, we will contact you to discuss another choice. Please be sure to provide us with the best phone number or email address to reach you.

Your 100% satisfaction is guaranteed on all of our products. Please let us know if a product does not meet your standards.

How should I ship my package?

Please use the most economical shipping method when returning a garment to us. Should you be exchanging an item, we will ship the new item to you via Ground service at no extra charge (US orders only). If you wish to have the item expedited to you then you will be responsible for the additional charge.

When will my credit card be refunded?

Once your package has been received, your refund or exchange will be processed within 7 business days. If there is a refund due, a credit will be issued in the original form of payment.

The credit may not show up until your credit card’s next monthly cycle. You will be notified via email when this transaction has taken place. Please note that your banking institution may require additional days to process and post this transaction to your account once they have received the information from us.

How will Gift Card purchases be refunded?

Gift card purchases will be refunded in the form of another card and emailed to your email address.

Do gift cards and discount codes apply to shipping?

Gift card and discount codes do not apply to shipping costs.

Can purchases made in a store be returned to the Krimson Klover office?

We cannot process store-bought returns at our offices. Please return your items to the store where you made the purchase.

Is the same merchandise available online and in stores?

Krimson Klover is sold at retailers nationwide and we cannot guarantee that merchandise carried on the website will be available in stores, or that merchandise carried in stores will be available on krimsonklover.com.

Care Instructions

Hand Washing Instructions

Thank you for your interest in caring for your KK knitwear properly.

Hand washing is easy, and really the best way to take care of your favorite pieces. We recommend the following method:

  • Close the zipper to prevent any fibers from snagging.

  • Use cold water and a mild detergent in a clean container that allows for plenty of room for the sweater. Always use a container that easily fits the sweater for optimal washing.

  • Gently hand wash the sweater. It usually takes only a few minutes until it is thoroughly clean. Do not leave the sweater soaking for an extended period.

  • Rinse in cold water to remove any remaining soap.

  • Remove the sweater from the container. Lay the piece on a clean, dry towel and gently roll it up. The towel will absorb any excess moisture. Do not twist or wring out the sweater.

  • Lay the sweater flat to dry. To ensure the long-lasting quality and appearance of your Krimson Klover garments, do not put them in the dryer, even on a low heat setting. Using the “Delicate or hand wash cycle” on your washing machine is not recommended.

Krimson Klover Limited Lifetime Warranty

Krimson Klover offers a Limited Lifetime Warranty on its apparel when purchased from the Krimson Klover website or from an authorized dealer.  This warranty covers defect of workmanship and materials, but does not cover damage caused by accident, improper care, negligence, normal wear and tear, or the natural breakdown of materials through time, exposure or extensive use. Our Limited Lifetime Warranty means that your garment will be free of manufacturer defects for a practical life span of the product — it does not mean the garment will last your lifetime.

If you purchased a Krimson Klover item that you believe to be defective from an authorized Retailer, please return the item to that Retailer with your original receipt so they can work with you on a resolution.

If you purchased a Krimson Klover item that you believe to be defective from KrimsonKlover.com, please follow this link for instructions on returning.  Once received, our Customer Service team will inspect and determine if a replacement should be sent.
