How do I wash my garment?

All of our garments are designed in Boulder, Colorado, and produced in Asia.

Do you ship internationally?

At this time, we are only able to ship to Canada. If you would like to request we ship to your neck of the woods, please email us and let us know!

Can purchases made at a Krimson Klover dealer be returned directly to Krimson Klover?

All purchases made at a Krimson Klover dealer must follower that dealer’s return policy and should be returned to the dealer. To find contact information for your local dealer, please visit our Store Locator.

Is the same merchandise available online and in stores?

Krimson Klover is sold at retailers nationwide and in Canada. We cannot guarantee that merchandise carried on our website will be available at your local dealer.

Do gift cards and discount codes apply to shipping?

Gift cards and discount codes do not apply to shipping costs.

Can I ship my garment faster?

Our Customer Service team is available Monday through Friday from 9 AM to 5 PM Mountain time to try to expedite orders for that special occasion. Additional shipping costs will be charged to the customer, however, we cannot guarantee that we will be able to expedite your order.

My item(s) just arrived and it is damaged. What do I do?

Please contact our Customer Service team via email or phone immediately upon receipt of the damaged item. Please include your order number, name of item, item number, size, color and images of the damaged item when contacting our team.

How will gift card purchases be refunded?

Gift card purchases will be refunded in the form of another gift card and emailed to the address we have on file.

Can I combine coupons?

Coupons may not be combined. We limit one coupon code per transaction.

Will online coupons be applied to orders purchased over the phone or through returns/exchanges?

Online coupons will not be applied to orders purchased over the phone or through returns/exchanges. If you would like to take advantage of our online coupons, please shop through our online store.

Will you send me a return label for returns/exchanges?

Unfortunately, at this time we cannot provide a return label for returns/exchanges. You are welcome to ship your package using the most economical shipping method.
