Sales & Customer Service Assistant

Essential Duties / Responsibilities:
o Manage customer service for our showroom and for our website. Resolve product or service problems by clarifying the customer’s complaint; determining the cause of the problem, selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem; expediting correction or adjustments; following up to ensure resolution. This communication could be in-person, on the phone or over email.
o Manage all web & showroom returns and exchanges.
o Follow up all returns and exchanges with appropriate (QuickBooks) accounting.
o Keep log of customer service interactions and resolutions. Send product related feedback to the product team on a monthly basis.
o Update our wholesale ordering system (NuOrder) each season with new product photos.
o Assist with local trade shows.
o Provide digital assets to wholesale customers.
o Assist Sales Director as needed
o Job includes one Saturday a month in our showroom (with Monday off).
o Assist customers in finding the right pieces in our on-site showroom.
o Update and audit our online store (Shopify) each season with new product photos, descriptions and color codes.
o Manage our digital assets to keep us organized.
o Collaborate on marketing promotions and plans to reach sales goals.
o Manage inventory movement, merchandising schematics and schedules.
o Create signage around promotions and sales.
o You’ll be the face of the brand in any off-site pop-up shops and coordinate the details of these events.
o Must have Microsoft office skills (Excel, Word, etc.) to update and keep track of showroom sales goals and actuals.
o Adobe Creative Suite experience a huge bonus. Graphic design skills are helpful but not required.
o Creation of social media content, knowledge of social platforms.
Qualifications | Skills
o You have some retail and/or customer service experience.
o You don’t need experience in the computer programs we use, but you must be computer savvy and able to develop these skills.
o You must love dogs!
o You are an energetic self-starter with a strong attention to detail and have a solution oriented mindset.
o You work well independently but deep down you are a team player with strong interpersonal skills that help you foster relationships with the Krimson Klover team and our customers.
o Develop a functional understanding of our products and customers in order to respond to product and order related customer service inquiries.
o You are willing to roll up your sleeves to assist with tasks that are not covered specifically in this job description to support our small team.
Compensation: 31K – 34K salary range with benefits available

We offer product development and marketing internships at our headquarters in Boulder, Colorado, three times a year — fall semester, spring semester and summer.
